Sales Performance Expert

Ntherm LLC is a leading company in the industry, and we are currently looking for a skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team. As a Sales Performance Expert, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers, while also developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Meeting or exceeding daily sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them;
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales performance and achieve business objectives;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction;
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Professional-level English language skills;
- A valid Dominican ID or work permit;
The compensation package for this role includes:
- A competitive hourly rate of RD$220;
- RD$240 per sale; commissions; weekly pay; weekends off;
