Sr. Supervisor Continuous Improvement

La responsabilidad principal de este puesto es la gestión y ejecución de un programa de Mejora Continua y Excelencia Operativa centrado, pero no limitado a, metodologías clave como la Fabricación LEAN, Six Sigma, Gestión de Proyectos y Proyectos de Mejora de Costes (CIPs).
El titular es responsable de liderar directamente los proyectos y liderar a otros en estos esfuerzos, aplicando sus habilidades de liderazgo y mejora continua para optimizar el rendimiento global del negocio.
Dirigir e implicar a socios estratégicos en proyectos de transformación y servir como fuerza motriz clave para llevar a cabo las estrategias de Jostens. Implementa conceptos de manufactura lean basados en la experiencia, como eventos Kaizen, talleres, 5S, sistemas de reposición de materiales, mejoras en sistemas y administración, etc. Identificar y entregar resultados medibles con Proyectos de Mejora de Costes y Proyectos de Capital.
Realizar diagnósticos operativos para identificar oportunidades de mejora, establecer prioridades, lanzar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora, y medir resultados.
Desarrollar, rastrear e informar sobre todas las métricas asociadas a las actividades de Mejora Continua, incluido el impacto financiero, a la dirección de la planta y la Ejecutiva.
Selección de leads, diseño e implementación del panel Lean Shop Floor (métricas) para medir hasta los objetivos. Permitir visibilidad a nivel de grupo de trabajo y/o operador.
Ocasionalmente trabaja en funciones de supervisión en diversas áreas de la empresa Jostens. Esto podría implicar trabajar en un equipo presencial o remoto como parte de los objetivos generales de Jostens: ofrecer tanto un rendimiento operativo a corto como a largo plazo.
Proporcionar liderazgo e implementación de la Cultura de Seguridad y los Resultados específicos del sitio con equipos de liderazgo y seguridad del sitio.
