Institutional Cross-Border Payments Sales Executive About SendSure SendSure is a technology company, not a bank. We are building a settlement and financial tool designed to work beneath a bank's existing architecture, reducing friction in cross-border settlement without requiring banks to change the technology they already use. We are opening a pilot program on the U.
S.-Dominican Republic corridor for banks, payment providers, fintechs and commercial organizations. The pilot is funded by the participating institution and designed to measure settlement time and cost on the institution's own data. We are an early-stage team, and availability beyond the pilot depends on partner arrangements, operational readiness and applicable requirements. Learn more at sendsure.us. Who you'll work for I'm Frank J. Sandoval, Director of SendSure. I spent 21 years in banking technology operations in New York, most recently as a Vice President directing mission-critical Tier II and Tier III IT support operations for the Americas under strict compliance oversight. At SendSure I lead institutional strategy and pilot onboarding, and I review applications personally. Role The Institutional Cross-Border Payments Sales Executive will originate and qualify opportunities with banks, payment providers, fintechs and corporates, and advance them from an introductory meeting to a demonstration and a pilot funded by the participating institution. Day to day, the role builds and manages the pipeline, coordinates demonstrations, prepares proposals, and works closely with product, operations and compliance so client needs line up with what the platform can do. The role supports pilot engagements, gathers client feedback, and tracks market trends in cross-border payments. Pilot scope, pricing and terms go through the company's approval process, and no commitment is made before written approval. Responsibilities
- Source and qualify institutional opportunities, identify the budget owner and decision process, and qualify transaction volume.
- Navigate procurement, technical, legal, risk and compliance review with the technology and compliance teams.
- Maintain a documented pipeline and report weekly against a revenue-conversion scorecard.
- Work with marketing and appointment-setting partners, as engaged, and keep all outreach within approved messaging.
- Represent SendSure accurately using approved claims only.
- Follow SendSure's anti-corruption, gifts and hospitality, and conflict-of-interest standards. Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in transaction banking, correspondent banking, remittances, international payments, treasury services or payment infrastructure.
- A record of personally originating and advancing institutional deals, not only supporting a sales team.
- Verifiable relationships with bank and payments decision-makers, built without relying on any former employer's confidential information or breaching a continuing obligation to a former employer.
- Understanding of cross-border payment flows, FX, settlement and the regulatory and compliance considerations in U.
S.-Caribbean and Latin American corridors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms to senior decision-makers.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Organization and self-management, with a documented pipeline and scorecard discipline.
- Integrity and discretion. A job-related background and reference check, with your written consent, will be required.
