This role is responsible for navigating the client through the life of their Google Ads campaign, engaging necessary resources to produce an end-state that demonstrates digital and product expertise for a wide range of products. Specific key performance indicators will include campaign performance goals, client communication and satisfaction along with growth and retention of assigned client base. Responsibilities Prepares and delivers performance materials for monthly Client review calls. Maintains full understanding of products to exhibit product knowledge and digital expertise to educate clients, provides recommendations, builds on client enthusiasm and confidence regarding performance of their digital programs. Coordinates internal reviews with various experts as needed to achieve client program expectations. Engages with cross-functional team members during campaign set-up. Supports in the development of content and targeting profiles for social ads and assists with setup when needed. Actively monitors, measures, and analyzes program performance for all active client assignments against objectives and KPIs. Optimizes, as needed, to drive optimal results for the client. Drives continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing knowledge with teammates. Ensures accurate campaign tracking by utilizing sources such as Facebook Pixels, Conversions API, Call Tracking, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Leverages internal or external experts when needed. Assists in developing proposals for new and renewal programs. Engages with other internal departments to fulfill new/renewal contracts accurately and timely. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent), required Up 2+ years of related experience, required. Facebook Blueprint certification (or ability to obtain), required. Communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment, as well as communicate directly with clients. Computer/systems skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, etc. with proficiency in Excel. Industry knowledge including SEM, SEO, Websites, Listings Management, Social Media, Display with the ability to gain an understanding of digital product offering. Self-motivated, innovative and team player. Skilled in data analytics with the ability to translate client needs into media strategies and tactics, as well as research data or technology to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimizations. Time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task, handle follow-ups, and meet deadlines on a large client base in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and minimal supervision. Understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, analysis, and reporting. Ability to travel less than 5% of the time. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must successfully complete pre-employment screening process, as required. Must successfully complete any required training or orientation courses, as needed.
