About the role
As Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, property owners, and visitors. In the initial phase, you will provide direct support to the Operations Department. In the second phase, you will gradually take on the ongoing front desk duties, in accordance with Homeclub’s luxury standards. What You’ll Do Phase 1: Operational Support:
• Assist Operations Management with inspections of units being delivered to the new tower.
• Oversee the setup, initial inventory, and verification of optimal conditions in the suites prior to their launch on the market.
• Coordinate and follow up daily with the Maintenance and Housekeeping departments and vendors to ensure the prompt resolution of any delivery details or issues.
• Record and follow up on checklists and reports of initial operational incidents. Phase 2: Front Desk Service and Management:
• Carry out welcome, check-in, and check-out procedures for short-, medium-, and long-term stays.
• Maintain access control, key/card distribution, and guest/visitor registration in accordance with legal regulations.
• Handle requests, calls, and issues from property owners, tenants, and guests with a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
• Communicate updates and incidents to the next shift’s team and coordinate urgent cleaning or maintenance tasks. About you Required Qualifications
• 2–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality, serviced apartments, or residential buildings.
• Versatility and Adaptability.
• High Resolution Capability.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C2 or C1).
