At Ualett, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR professional to support data-driven decision-making within our Human Resources department. The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that strengthen organizational performance and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and analyze HR data related to recruitment, retention, employee performance, absenteeism, and training effectiveness. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making. Design, maintain, and optimize HR dashboards to track trends and performance indicators. Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support HR leadership and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR databases and systems. Monitor compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with HR leadership to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Identify trends, strengths, risks, and opportunities through structured data analysis. Support reporting requirements with external institutions (e.g., INFOTEP, SISALRIL, SIPEN, TSS).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR support, HR analytics, or data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel (required). Experience with HRIS systems and data management tools. Strong knowledge of HR metrics and analytics. Advanced English and Spanish proficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of discretion when handling confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
