Role Description The Video Data Collection Agent is responsible for capturing structured, real-world video data according to project guidelines and technical requirements. This role involves recording specific activities, environments, and workflows using provided or approved equipment, following detailed instructions on camera angles, lighting, framing, and audio when applicable. The agent will verify that collected video files meet quality standards, organize and upload data securely, and accurately document metadata such as time, location, and activity descriptions. The position requires adherence to strict privacy and security procedures, collaboration with project coordinators, and timely completion of assigned data-collection tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Qualifications
• Ability to operate smartphones, cameras, and basic video-recording equipment and follow technical recording instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for following project guidelines, framing shots, and ensuring consistent video quality.
• Comfort working in real-world environments and performing physical tasks such as standing, walking, and positioning equipment for extended periods.
• Basic digital skills to manage files, upload data securely, and document metadata accurately.
• Ability to follow privacy, safety, and security procedures and respect confidentiality requirements.
• Reliable time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks consistently.
• Clear communication skills to coordinate with project managers and report issues or deviations from instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in data collection, fieldwork, or video recording is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn project-specific tools, apps, and workflows; openness to feedback and quality reviews.
• Legal authorization to work on-site in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
