Role Description The Information Technology Sales Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting needs, and translating them into clear technical specifications for development and implementation teams. The IT Sales Analyst will support end-to-end project activities, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and post-implementation review. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and monitoring project progress against timelines and deliverables. The role also involves preparing project reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing support during system rollouts and user training. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and deliver measurable value. Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to gather, interpret, and document requirements and to support data-driven decision-making.
• Solid foundation in Information Technology concepts, systems, and tools, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant academic or work background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on IT or business transformation projects, preferably in an analyst or coordinator role.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software, diagramming tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Santo Domingo, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
