Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities
• Monitor ongoing airline operations and service requests
• Coordinate hotels, transportation and passenger assistance services
• Communicate with airlines, providers and internal teams
• Handle operational emergencies and last-minute changes
• Maintain accurate records and follow established operational procedures
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
Requirements:
• Fluent English is mandatory
• French and/or Portuguese will be considered a strong advantage
• Previous experience in operations, airlines, airports, travel or tourism is highly appreciated
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple situations simultaneously
• Proactive, organized and solution-oriented attitude
• Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule, including different time slots according to operational needs Ticketing and/or airline reservation system experience will be considered a major plus.
