Responsible for the analysis, development, customization, support, and maintenance of the company’s Infor Syteline ERP and related software platforms. The role will focus on Syteline customization, application development, integrations, troubleshooting, SQL Server/T-SQL, ERP upgrades, and collaboration with IT and business operations. Key Responsabilities
• Maintain, support, customize, and improve the Infor Syteline ERP and related software platforms.
• Customize Syteline Forms and Reporting according to business requirements.
• Develop new functionality and applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations and APIs with internal and third-party systems.
• Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including modifying existing code, adding fields, subqueries, and database enhancements.
• Diagnose and resolve software and production issues.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Support ERP upgrades and future modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with the VP of IT, IT team, and business users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Learn and apply new technologies and company-specific manufacturing processes.
• Travel to the United States for initial onboarding/training and occasionally for project-based needs. Profile Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Infor Syteline ERP.
• Hands-on experience with Syteline Forms, Reporting, DataViews, and Event Handlers.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft .
NET / C#.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with integrations/APIs is preferred.
• Blazor / modern .
NET experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for onboarding and training.
