ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to work exclusively on the development and continuous improvement of our proprietary internal software platform. The platform is being developed to connect business information, departmental tools, reporting, and automation across sales, finance, inventory, logistics, and technical service. Its purpose goes beyond displaying data: it helps teams coordinate their work, follow up on priorities, identify issues, and make better-informed decisions. You will contribute to an existing application, improve current features, and develop new functionality in collaboration with project leadership and internal users. The work includes web interfaces, backend services, system integrations, dashboards, and practical automation. We are looking for someone who takes pride in building software that works well—someone who is curious, organized, and willing to understand a problem before solving it. This is a dedicated software development position, not a general IT support role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and improve frontend interfaces and backend functionality based on clearly defined business needs.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations, ensuring that information moves accurately and reliably between systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, departmental workflows, notifications, and automation that reduce repetitive work.
• Investigate bugs, test changes, and improve application performance and usability.
• Write readable, organized code; use version control consistently; and document important changes.
• Collaborate with project leadership, communicate progress and obstacles, and follow assigned features through to completion. REQUIREMENTS Practical development experience Approximately 2 years of hands-on web development experience, or equivalent ability demonstrated through substantial completed projects. Experience improving an existing application is particularly valuable. Frontend development Working proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js, along with HTML and CSS. Ability to build responsive interfaces, reusable components, forms, tables, and clear loading and error states. Backend development and APIs Experience with Node.js, server-side logic, and REST APIs. Understanding of input validation, error handling, authentication, and connecting an application to external services. AI-assisted coding Hands-on experience using AI coding tools, such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools, as part of the development workflow. Ability to provide clear instructions and relevant codebase context, use AI to support implementation, debugging, refactoring, and test creation, and critically review the results. Candidates must be able to understand, explain, test, and maintain the code they deliver—not simply accept generated code. Responsible handling of company information and credentials is essential. Databases and data accuracy Experience with SQL and relational databases, including queries, relationships, and basic database design. Ability to investigate discrepancies and verify that reports and application features display correct information. Version control and development practices Comfort using Git, branches, and organized development workflows. Ability to read existing code, make focused changes, and explain how a solution works. Testing, troubleshooting, and deployment A methodical approach to debugging and testing. Familiarity with application deployment, environment variables, logs, and the differences between development and production environments. Security awareness Understanding of authentication, user permissions, and secure handling of credentials and sensitive information. Awareness that access controls must be enforced in the backend, not only in the interface. Communication and organization Ability to manage assigned tasks, ask useful questions, communicate clearly, and raise issues before they become larger problems. Willingness to receive feedback and follow through on agreed commitments. Education and learning A degree or technical qualification in Software Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and strengthen technical skills. ADDITIONAL SKILLS WE VALUE
• Experience with SAP Business One or other ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Power BI, data visualization, workflow automation, or cloud deployment.
• Experience integrating AI-powered features into applications, beyond using AI as a coding assistant.
• English proficiency is a plus, but it is not required. These are advantages, not requirements. We value strong fundamentals and the ability to learn more than a long list of technologies.
