KDB Services Group is looking for experienced Leasing Coordinators to join our remote team
Requirements:
• Must be based in the Dominican Republic.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Experience in leasing, property management, or real estate administration.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time.
