• Previous supervisory experience in a Call Center/BPO environment.

• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience monitoring team performance and achieving operational goals.
• Valid work permit.
• Availability to work on-site. 🕒 WORK SCHEDULE
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
