• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably within consumer goods, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
• Knowledge of statistics, problem-solving methodologies, technical drawings, and specifications
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP and statistical analysis tools such as Minitab is an advantage
