About the Role

We’re seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a well-established, tight-knit insurance brokerage and risk advisory firm. This role is ideal for someone who brings clarity and organization to complex, fast-moving environments and takes pride in enabling others to do their best work.

You’ll work closely with the CEO to manage communications, coordinate meetings and logistics, and ensure that high-priority initiatives move forward smoothly. This is a high-responsibility role that calls for strong judgment, excellent communication, and a calm, solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex business and personal calendars

  • Coordinate international and domestic travel

  • Serve as a point of contact and manage communications

  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up

  • Lead or assist with special projects

  • Track expenses and prepare reports

  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally

  • Support occasional personal appointments and logistics

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives

  • Based in the Dominican Republic

  • Strong communicator and fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

  • Experienced with international travel coordination

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

  • Proven discretion and sound judgment

  • Experience working in a remote environment preferred
