The L&D Specialist role within the BSS People Team offers the preferred candidate the opportunity to deliver learning solutions that unlock performance and drive key business objectives. This role will focus on coordinating learning activities, materials, and related tasks for all learning sessions.

The L&D Specialist supports the work of the L&D Trainer within the framework of successful execution of L&D programs. This role will collaborate with cross-functional team members and subject matter experts across the organization to co-design and facilitate learning sessions for all business areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a best-in-class learning experience with a focus on human-centric design. This role reports directly to the People L&D Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Own the coordination and administrative activities for all People L&D learning programs.

· Maintain L&D training calendar and create/distribute program invites

· Track eLearn module completion and collaborate with WFM for accurate compliance reporting

· Compile and analyze training reports

· Maintain data reporting and performance scorecards for all People L&D learning programs

· Send out training announcements and manage L&D email inbox

· Support L&D Manager and team leads by organizing training data and coordinating logistics for partnership training sessions including guest speakers,

· Use the LMS platform to assign eLearn modules and track results.

· Collaborate closely with LMS Admin through any system transition and/or maintenance.

· Collaborate closely with L&D Trainer and L&D Manager by gathering feedback and measuring results from data acquired.

· Maintain functional expertise by keeping up to date on current professional development trends in the industry, and general knowledge of ongoing L&D programs and initiatives.

· Demonstrate strong team player skills by supporting peers and colleagues within the direct team, and across the organization, with minor tasks and large-scale projects.

 

Specific Projects

· Assume responsibility for related admin tasks such as sending communications, calendar invites, course materials, and pre and post work.

· Participate in weekly L&D team meetings.

· Co-collaborate with all BSS L&D teams, including trainers and leaders, to ensure consistent learning opportunities across the organization remain relevant.

Qualifications

· Detail-oriented profile with proficient Excel skills; ownership of L&D reporting, scorecards, and backend tracking will sit fully within this role.

· Act as the trusted point of contact for L&D reporting, training bookings, and learning communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

· Own the coordination and operational backbone of L&D programs, including scheduling, communications, and data follow-up.

· Work in direct collaboration with the L&D Trainer and People L&D Manager, with high exposure to leadership and ongoing visibility into decision-making.

· Comfortable supporting U.S. reporting requirements and operational learning metrics.

· Tech-savvy, with experience in call center or operational environments preferred.

· Able to work independently, owning end-to-end coor
