Country Manager – Caribbean Island (On-site Role)

This role requires relocation to a Caribbean island which is not the location listed below. The selected candidate must be fully committed and genuinely willing to relocate and be based on the island full-time.

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead and grow our retail operation in the Caribbean.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Full P&L ownership (sales, margins, profitability)
• Oversee multi-store retail operations and daily performance
• Lead, train, and develop store teams
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and control processes
• Execute commercial strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance across all stores

Requirements:
• Strong commercial and financial mindset
• Proven experience in retail operations (multi-store preferred)
• Hands-on leadership style with strong execution skills
• Results-driven and performance-oriented
• Experience in Caribbean, travel retail, or duty free is a plus
• Willingness to relocate and be based full-time on the island
