Desktop Support (Service Desk) I
Available schedules: Monday to Friday 7:45am - 4:30pm (A)
Position Objectives:
Provide technical support through the assistance, implementation, migrations and improvements of desktop platforms, for Microsoft Windows and other Operating Systems in a corporate environment with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
1.Systems Engineer, Bachelor's in Computer Science, or related fields.
2.Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role in corporate environments, call centers, or customer service.
3.Experience in system validation.
4.Strong Customer service orientation.
5.High Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
