GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Client Service Account Executive is responsible for handling Consumers' requests and processing them into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the front-line communication to the customer and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assistance in all the activities related to the department.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Consumers requests via email and call center
- Communicating with customers/sales reps-Product/program questions/Returns
- Training and Education- Product/Entry
- General Housekeeping/Filing
- Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes
Job Requirements:
- Term Student or college Graduated.
- Strong work ethic and good attitude.
- Excellent typing skills and computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer)
- professional phone etiquette
- Strong effective interpersonal communications
- Listening skills and attention to detail both written and verbal communication is key.
- Advance English Level
