Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Product Designer to join our team in Santo Domingo for an on-site position. The Product Designer will be responsible for designing user-centered products, conducting user research, and applying design thinking methodologies to create intuitive and visually engaging solutions. Responsibilities include crafting wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and improving user experiences through innovative design strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design
  • Experience in Design Thinking processes and developing human-centered solutions
  • Strong skills in User Research and UX Research
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • Experience working collaboratively with development and product teams
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus
