Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quickbooks Bookkeeper (Accountant) to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department by managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks. As a Quickbooks Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner. Your expertise in Quickbooks will enable you to efficiently bank and credit card monthly reconciliations.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Quickbooks
  • Record banking transactions.
  • Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a relevant accounting role
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks desktop, QB online and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
