We're looking for a System Administrator to support, maintain, and improve our core IT infrastructure. This role serves as an escalation point for complex technical issues and plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.You'll work closely with internal teams and external vendors in a fast -paced environment, supporting critical systems and participating in incident response and on call rotations. What You'll Do • Act as an escalation point for complex technical support issues • Respond to critical incidents and participate in on call rotations • Administer, maintain, and monitor servers and core IT infrastructure • Install, support, and troubleshoot third party software solutions • Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and updates • Monitor system performance, availability, and security • Perform system updates, patching, backups, and recovery procedures • Maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures • Support continuous improvement of IT processes and systems • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 phone support • Act as an escalation point for complex technical support issues • Respond to critical incidents and participate in on call rotations RequirementsTechnical Skills • Windows Server administration and virtual machine environments • Experience managing escalated support cases and incident response • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP IP • Experience supporting third party software solutions • System monitoring, patching, backup, and recovery processes • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsSpecific • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role • Ability to manage high priority incidents under pressure • Comfortable working on call and handling critical issues • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams • English fluency requiredNice to Have • Leadership skills or experience mentoring junior team members • Experience working in fast paced or client facing environments • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, VMware, or similar • Strong organizational and time management skills What We Offer • Competitive salary packages. • Performance -based incentives. • Paid sick days and Christmas bonus. • Private health insurance. • Clear career growth and mapping. • Global mobility and internship opportunities. • Continuous training, certifications, and English development. • Hybrid work model. • Wellness benefits including gym discounts. • Supportive, people -first culture that values employee well -being
