Perfil del Candidato:
Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines
Experiencia mínima de 7 años en contabilidad financiera y fiscal
Manejo de sistemas ERP, preferentemente SAP
Conocimientos en normativa fiscal y contable de República Dominicana
Competencias avanzadas en herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel
Serás responsable de llevar la contabilidad e impuestos de las empresas en República Dominicana, brindando apoyo al área de Tesorería y ejecutando labores administrativas y fiscales. Asegurarás el cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales, contribuyendo a la estabilidad financiera y operativa de la organización.
Responsabilidades:
Contabilizar gastos y gestionar reembolsos de caja chica
Realizar cierres contables mensuales de 1 a 4 sociedades, garantizando la precisión de la información financiera
Organizar y archivar documentación financiera y fiscal
Presentar pagos mensuales de impuestos y declaraciones anuales e informativas
Apoyar en la preparación de información para auditorías financieras y fiscales
Elaborar estados financieros internos para la toma de decisiones
Reportar mensualmente el paquete de consolidación de cada sociedad al Corporativo
Realizar conciliaciones bancarias y elaborar propuestas de pago a proveedores
Gestionar cartas de solicitud de pago y apoyar en la gestión de garantías locales
Aplicar pagos en la cartera de proveedores y realizar operaciones de cambio de divisas (FX)
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua para optimizar procesos contables y fiscales
Asegurar la incorporación de elementos del Programa de Cumplimiento en materia Penal, Lavado de Dinero y Antisoborno
Mantener relaciones con socios y bancos, demostrando habilidades de comunicación
Gestionar el registro de pólizas contables, emitir facturas a clientes y registrar facturas de proveedores
