We're looking for a sharp and insightful Data Analyst to join our team If you're passionate about transforming raw data into clear, actionable insights and love crafting compelling stories with numbers, this role is for you. You'll play a crucial part in evaluating the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and helping us make data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Comfortable retrieving near real-time data from a variety of sources, including TR, Excel, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and more. Your goal will be to create actionable reports, ideally using Power BI for daily and weekly consumption.
- Use data and key metrics to build a compelling narrative that evaluates how well our recruitment strategies are performing.
- Support our team by translating complex data into easy-to-understand visuals like graphs, infographics, and other dynamic tools.
- Assist in organizing and structuring extensive datasets to help us uncover meaningful insights and trends.
- Create engaging presentations and reports based on your data-driven findings and recommendations.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in retrieving and working with data from various online platforms and traditional sources.
- Have a strong ability to tell a story with data, making complex information accessible and actionable.
- Skilled in data visualization tools, with a preference for Power BI.
- Comfortable working with and helping to structure large datasets.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can craft clear, impactful presentations and reports.
- Fluent in English.
- This is a fully remote position, but must live in
