is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Financial Analyst
with a strong background in Finance and Accounting. This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and high-quality reporting across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and automate financial, budgetary, and performance reports.
- Analyze budget variances, revenue and expense trends, and key financial indicators.
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to understand reporting needs.
- Develop interactive dashboards for financial data visualization.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in CPA firms is a strong plus.
