Role Description
The Health & Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety policies are followed in the assigned building.
Responsibilities
- Keep up to date the matrix with findings in the assigned building.
- Follow up on pending requests.
- Conduct weekly tours of the assigned building to make sure all H&S Guidelines are being followed.
- Manage signage for the assigned building
- Report any risk or danger that occurs in your building.
- Follow-up on accident records.
- Follow-up on the maintenance of fire extinguishers in the facilities.
- Provide preventive information regarding possible dangers or risks in the facilities.
- Make requests for the implementation of improvements in the building you represent.
- Organize and carry out annual evacuation drills in the assigned building.
- Participate in the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the assigned building.
- Perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Qualifications
- Proficient English, both oral and written.
- 6 months minimum in contact center industry.
- Intermediate usage of MS Office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point) (preferred).
