Realizar labores relacionadas al diseño de soluciones para clientes B2B, a fin de garantizar la estabilidad y correcto funcionamiento de sus servicios de acuerdo con los lineamientos establecidos.     

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar programa de migración de clientes B2B.
  • Administrar la comunicación y asistencia técnica de nuestros clientes estratégicos.
  • Diseñar y Actualizar soluciones para clientes de negocios acorde con los estándares y tendencias del mercado.
  • Brindar soporte al área operaciones técnicas
    .

Requisitos

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años.

Formación Académica

  • Profesional en Telemática, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Electricidad, Sistemas o áreas afines.
  • Ingeniero en Telemática, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Sistemas, Redes de Datos y/o Industrial.

Certificaciones

  • Certificaciones técnicas deseables:
  • CCNA, CCNP, NS4, NS7.

Conocimientos Técnicos

  • Experiencia en ambientes de redes de datos y/o programación.

Herramientas

  • Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook) a nivel intermedio–Avanzado.
