Overview

The position's primary responsibility is to support the Sales Quality Team in documentation of QA analytics for over 900 sales team members and ensure the proper reports and information are accessible. 

Responsibilities
  • Generate and format weekly/monthly QA reports.
  • Assist with data compilation for QA lenses.
  • Performance tracking such as QA scores and other quality adherence reports.
  • Assist with Quality Team research projects.
  • May manage several different objectives, projects or activities at one time.
  • Assist with scheduling of coaching sessions, eLearn's, and workshops and track attendance and completion.
  • May be involved in exposure to sensitive information and must use considerable tact, diplomacy, and judgment.
  • Assist in training new sales Quality operations specialists
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years related experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Polished and professional demeanor.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exemplary professionalism.
