Job Description

Proporcionar asistencia al Supervisor de Producción en todas las actividades relacionadas con la producción diaria, así como también hacer los ajustes apropiados para asegurar el plan de producción diario y cumplir con las expectativas de desempeño del Supervisor de Producción.

Principales Reponsabilidades

  • Proporcionar apoyo directo en la supervisión de los ensambladores; coordinación de las horas extra, proporcionar retroalimentación relacionada con el desempeño de los empleados a los supervisores de producción, liderar las sunrise meetings y capacitar a los empleados en FTPC.
  • Coordinar la producción diaria con base en el cronograma semanal proporcionado por los Supervisores de Producción y monitorear la disponibilidad de los recursos requeridos para ello.
  • Monitorear el cumplimiento del proceso de escalada del tiempo de inactividad en las líneas de producción.
  • Apoyar el Programa 5'S+1 de la Planta completando las autoevaluaciones semanales y monitoreando la disponibilidad de suministros de 5'S en las líneas.
  • Mantener el flujo de materiales y productos de las líneas bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales en el punto de uso para poder completar el plan de producción diario.

Requisitos

  • Graduado de bachiller.
  • Estudiante Universitario de Ingeniería Industrial o carreras a fines, preferible.
  • Conocimientos básicos de Inglés.
  • Manejo del paquete de office (Word, Excel, Power point).
  • Experiencia previa en Supervisión de Personal.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Overtime y segundo turno.
