ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-performing, bilingual Executive Operations Assistant to support a founder leading multiple projects and divisions.

This is NOT a traditional assistant role. You will act as an extension of the executive helping organize systems, coordinate operations, manage schedules, run errands, and ensure smooth execution across both personal and business priorities.

You must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations


• Prepare the executive's daily agenda


• Create structured task lists and time blocks


• Send morning operational briefings


• Manage calls, scheduling, and follow-ups

Weekly / Monthly Planning


• Assist with weekly reviews and planning


• Track goals, deliverables, and deadlines


• Maintain organized digital files and documents

Administrative Support


• Banking tasks (payments, deposits, errands)


• File organization (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)


• Manage email and communication filters


• Update budgets and basic financial tracking

Project Coordination


• Assist in organizing projects across divisions


• Conduct research and present summaries


• Help maintain systems (Notion / Sheets)


• Support social media workflows

Errands & Logistics (local)


• Visit banks, offices, stores, or suppliers when needed


• Handle small in-person tasks in Santo Domingo Este

REQUIREMENTS

Required:


• Fluent English + Spanish (spoken and written)


• Strong organizational and planning skills


• Ability to work independently and take initiative


• Proficient with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)


• Strong communication skills


• Lives in Santo Domingo Este or can easily commute


• Laptop + stable internet connection

Preferred:


• Experience in admin, operations, or call center (bilingual roles)


• Familiarity with task management tools (Notion, Trello, etc.)


• Background in Business Administration or related fields

WORK STRUCTURE


• Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor


• Hours: 15–30 hours/week (flexible schedule)


• Location: Hybrid – remote + in-person errands when required


• Start Date: Immediately

COMPENSATION

10,000–24,000 DOP per month

(Depending on experience and performance)

Performance bonuses may be available as responsibilities increase.
