About the Role
As our Graphic Design Specialist, you'll help shape how the world sees Ziler. You'll create content for social media, events, internal initiatives, and marketing campaigns, all while keeping our brand cohesive, colorful, and creative.
What You'll Own & Create
- Design scroll-stopping graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and more
- Create visuals that support marketing campaigns, announcements, and product launches
- Develop branded collateral (flyers, presentations, one-pagers, templates, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Social Media Strategist to bring content ideas to life
- Work with internal teams (HR, culture, recruitment) to design internal initiatives
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and materials
- Adapt quickly to different design needs: fun and funky one day, sleek and professional the next
- Stay in the loop on design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and effective
- Contribute to creative brainstorms and pitch ideas that bring
wow
to our work

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Fluent in English: spoken and written
- Experience creating digital content for brand marketing
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva required; Adobe Suite is a big plus)
- Strong portfolio that shows your range, style, and creativity
- Bonus: experience in short-form video or motion graphics
