A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to drive the client experience when consumers reach out to us over the phone. Consumers will be calling in to apply for a loan, ask questions about the process, and even ask for guidance on what to do. Consumers will also be dialed after their loan application is submitted to verify details and further qualify them for one of our partners. We will then help drive them to one of our partner companies via direct transfer for application completion and even enrollment.

In This Role You Will Be

• Answering inbound phone calls from consumers looking to submit a loan application over the phone.
• You will be inputting loan application information into our CRM for loan submission
• Answering automatic outbound dials from clients who submitted applications to verify details and review results
• You will verify loan application details and communicate instant results via our partner software.
• You will be driving the clients to finalize their application for enrollment with a warm transfer to a partner service provider
• You will be logging notes and setting follow-up calls if needed to ensure clients are moving through the sales process effectively
• You will be measured on results and incentivized for excellent results that exceed expectations

a Bit About You

• Strong customer service and sales skills required, as well as prior inside sales experience
• Self-motivated professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone etiquette (using tone and voice inflection)
• Excellent time and resource management skills
• Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM use
