You will assist clients by addressing their concerns, answering questions, and providing solutions that align with our company values. Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about products and services, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible client experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Recommend alternative products as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
