MidMetrics is growing its operations team in
Santiago, Dominican Republic
, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn something new. We are a
U.S.-based company
with clients in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East — with
about 90% of our client base in the U.S.
What you'll do:
• Manage and process chargeback alerts in real time
• Support tasks throughout the alerts lifecycle
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
About MidMetrics:
We help merchants improve performance through structured processes, data-driven insights, and streamlined workflows. You'll be exposed to international operations and have strong opportunities for hands-on skill development.
