En REMAX República Dominicana estamos en búsqueda de una
Coordinadora de Desarrollo & Experiencia
, responsable de impulsar la formación de nuestros agentes y colaboradores, apoyar iniciativas de atracción de talento para la red, y coordinar eventos institucionales y de crecimiento profesional.

Esta posición forma parte del Departamento de ADN Organizacional, un área enfocada en fortalecer la cultura, el conocimiento y la experiencia de quienes integran nuestra red.

Responsabilidades principales1. Capacitación & Desarrollo

  • Estructurar y actualizar los programas de formación para agentes y equipo interno.
  • Coordinar la logística de capacitaciones virtuales y presenciales (agenda, facilitadores, materiales, plataformas).
  • Supervisar la producción y ejecución de talleres, cursos y contenido educativo.
  • Monitorear la asistencia, métricas y resultados de los programas formativos.

2. Atracción de Talento (Recruiting Light)

  • Dar apoyo en procesos de reclutamiento para posiciones internas cuando sea necesario.
  • Liderar estrategias de captación de prospectos para las franquicias REMAX mediante campañas, bases de datos y seguimiento.
  • Gestionar convocatorias y coordinación de candidatos invitados a eventos de reclutamiento.

3. Coordinación de Eventos

  • Planificar y apoyar la logística de convenciones, cócteles, actividades de networking, reconocimientos y otros eventos corporativos.
  • Coordinar proveedores, presupuestos, insumos y ejecución general.
  • Dar soporte presencial o virtual durante los eventos.

4. Gestión Administrativa del Área

  • Brindar soporte al usuario (agentes inmobiliarios) en dudas relacionadas a formación y uso de plataformas.
  • Mantener actualizada la información de capacitaciones, instructivos y contenidos dentro de las plataformas internas.
  • Elaborar reportes, indicadores y documentación del área.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional con experiencia en
    formación, coordinación de proyectos, logística de eventos o roles de soporte a usuarios
    .
  • Organizada, proactiva, con alta capacidad de seguimiento y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Confort trabajando en modalidad híbrida y en un entorno dinámico donde se manejan varios proyectos simultáneos.
  • Ideal (no excluyente): experiencia en capacitación, gestión de comunidades, marketing básico, coordinación de eventos o customer success.
