We are looking for a Receptionist in Santo Domingo to work at NSO
Provide administrative support to Finance and HR, assisting with payroll and benefits checks, job letter requests, and document management. Ensure accurate records, timely processing, and smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Verify employee identity and assist with payroll or benefits checks.
- Manage job letter requests, draft letters, coordinate signatures, and deliver on time.
- Organize, sort, and maintain documents for Finance and HR.
- Receive suppliers, packages, and new hires, guiding them through initial steps.
- Support site activities and other tasks as needed.
