HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and screen CVs for open positions.
  • Coordinate with leaders to define job profiles and shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage pre-employment processes and candidate follow-up through onboarding.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding documentation and induction.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records.
  • Open payroll accounts and support first-payment coordination.
  • Create and update Job Descriptions and HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support training sessions, HR initiatives, and cross-department coordination.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment support.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and basic payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools (e.g., ).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
