As a Travel Agent at Outsourcing Advantage, you will play a pivotal role in crafting extraordinary travel experiences for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive travel services, including hotel bookings, car rentals, travel insurance options, and more. You will ensure a seamless journey for travelers by addressing their needs and preferences effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries.
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and travel options.
  • Utilize booking platforms like Sabre & Amadeus to manage reservations.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Organize travel logistics including transportation and activities.
  • Stay updated on travel trends and restrictions to offer informed guidance.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any potential travel issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written, at a minimum of C1 Advanced level.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems such as Sabre & Amadeus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a process-driven mindset.
