What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, your role may include:

  • Answering inbound or outbound calls, chats, or emails from customers

  • Following scripts to deliver consistent, high-quality service

  • Resolving questions related to products, billing, or technical support

  • Recording all customer interactions using CRM tools

  • Handling complaints and de-escalating issues with empathy

  • Verifying and clarifying information with customers

  • Promoting additional products or services when appropriate

  • Contributing to a team-focused, goal-driven environment

What We're Looking For

We value real-world experience. If you've worked in customer-facing roles and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply. Ideal candidates have:

  • Experience in customer service, retail, sales, or BPO/call center environments

  • Job titles like agente, asistente, CSR, vendedora, or promotora

  • Worked for companies like Teleperformance, Synergies, UNO, CCD, VoiceTeam, SSG, or similar

  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

What You Bring

  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills

  • Typing speed and multitasking ability

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Five9)

  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to work inbound or outbound roles and follow scripts while staying natural

Nice to Have

  • Experience resolving technical issues, billing questions, or handling escalations

  • Ability to upsell or promote additional services

  • Supportive of team goals and open to training and feedback
