We're looking for a 
motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal
 to join our 
Corporate & Intellectual Property (IP)
 team.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced attorneys on exciting local and international projects — helping clients protect their ideas, structure their businesses, and navigate complex legal challenges.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with 
  company formations
  , corporate filings, and maintenance of corporate records.
• Conduct 
  legal research
   and draft memos, reports, and summaries.
• Manage 
  trademark portfolios
  , including filings, renewals, and oppositions.
• Prepare and format 
  contracts, correspondence, and legal documents
  .
• Support attorneys in 
  due diligence
   and transactional work.
• Communicate with clients, government agencies, and international associates.
• Keep track of deadlines and help ensure smooth workflows within the team.

What We're Looking For:

• Law student
   currently pursuing a Law Degree or equivalent degree.
• Interest or prior internship experience in 
  corporate or IP law
  .
• Excellent 
  writing and research skills
   in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
