Telephone Operator

Location:
Onsite (Los Jardines, Santiago, RD)

$4–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience

Overview:

We are seeking two Telephone Operators
to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will serve as the
first point of contact
for clients—managing both
inbound and outbound calls
with professionalism and efficiency. You will help ensure customers are connected to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Make outbound calls to follow up with clients, confirm orders, or relay important information
• Greet customers, identify their needs, and transfer calls to the correct department or sales representative
• Record and relay accurate messages when necessary
• Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
• Assist with basic administrative or customer support tasks as needed
• Support the communication flow between clients, sales teams, and internal departments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in
  telephone operations, customer service, or call center
  roles (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Comfortable handling both
  inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
