Buscamos un/a OPS & Relationships Manager Senior que actúe como el motor operativo y sensor estratégico de VANA en República Dominicana. Este rol trasciende la gestión operativa tradicional; buscamos a un líder con capacidad de diagnóstico que conecte la realidad del mercado dominicano con nuestra estrategia regional.

Serás el puente crítico entre el campo y nuestra sede central (HQ), asegurando que nuestro producto no solo funcione, sino que se adapte y escale de forma sostenible en el ecosistema financiero local.

  • Ha operado fintechs en mercados con fricción real.
  • Prefiere impacto y autonomía sobre estructuras pesadas.
  • Sabe leer al usuario, al regulador y al mercado mejor que un dashboard.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Finanzas o afín.
  • Experiencia comprobada de 5 años en posiciones de Operations Management dentro del sector Fintech, Medios de Pago, Nanolending o Microfinanzas.
  • Trayectoria en organizaciones Product-Led.
  • Networking Local: Relaciones sólidas y experiencia negociando con bancos locales y procesadores de pago.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la normativa financiera local y cumplimiento ante la Superintendencia de Bancos o entes afines.
  • Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos para soporte de decisiones.
  • Competencias clave: Autonomía, pensamiento estratégico, comunicación asertiva y mentalidad analítica.
