La Oportunidad

Líder en la generación e implementación de estrategias que permitan conocer, mejorar, optimizar y gestionar el "Patient Journey" para las Áreas Terapéuticas asignadas, orquestando los recursos necesarios para generar valor e impacto en el ecosistema.

Esta posición estará a cargo de brindar soporte a la Zona Norte del país (Santiago de los Caballeros).

Responsabilidades

  • Actúa como socio de confianza y punto de contacto principal (no exclusivo) entre las partes interesadas y Roche de las áreas terapéuticas a su cargo.

  • Actúa con pensamiento sistémico para asociarse y trabajar estrechamente con los stakeholders clave (HCPs, tomadores de decisión, pagadores, etc.) del patient journey.

  • Rol de alto nivel que apoya la toma de decisiones en conjunto con los squads para solicitar recursos de Roche al equipo de finanzas y/o ET con el fin de impactar el outcome.

  • Adopta el rol de Product Owner para liderar la gestión de outcomes de corto plazo

Quién Eres

  • Profesional de la salud en Medicina o Farmacia.

  • Pensamiento sistémico, estratégico y escucha activa.

  • Comprensión práctica de las metodologías de innovación digital y/o Customer Centricity.

  • Conocimiento general sobre el proceso local de contratación administrativa.

  • Conocimiento para interpretar estudios clínicos en inglés.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en Oncología.

  • Facilidad de adopción tecnológica.
