Sophos specialist

We're Hiring: Sophos Specialist (Technical)

MC3 is expanding its Sophos practice across the Caribbean, and we're looking for a Sophos Specialist to fully own the technical side of our Sophos business.

This is a 100% technical role, working closely with resellers to design, validate, and support Sophos security solutions across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.

What you'll do:

• Act as the technical point of reference for Sophos at MC3

• Support partners with solution design, sizing, and technical validation

• Assist with RFPs, tenders, and complex technical requirements

• Guide partners during deployments and advanced troubleshooting

• Deliver technical demos and partner enablement sessions

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Sophos Central, Endpoint, Firewall, and MDR/XDR

• Experience supporting partners or customers in a technical role

• Strong communication skills and a structured, responsible technical mindset

• Fluent Spanish

• English at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

• Sophos certifications are a plus, not a requirement

This is a remote role, with regional exposure across the Caribbean. You'll work closely with the Sophos Brand Manager to strengthen technical quality, partner confidence, and execution consistency.
