Misión del puesto:
Brindar apoyo operativo y administrativo al área de Recursos Humanos, participando activamente en los diferentes subsistemas del departamento, asegurando el correcto cumplimiento de los procesos internos y políticas de la organización.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
- Integración de expedientes de candidatos.
- Elaboración y actualización de expedientes físicos y digitales.
- Control de incidencias (faltas, retardos, vacaciones, permisos).
- Apoyo en procesos de altas, bajas y modificaciones de personal.
- Elaboración de contratos y cartas administrativas.
- Apoyo en actividades de integración y bienestar laboral.
- Atención a colaboradores para dudas o solicitudes generales.
- Seguimiento a políticas internas y reglamento de trabajo.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Escolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín (terminada o en curso).
- Experiencia: Mínima de 1 año en áreas administrativas o de Recursos Humanos (deseable).
- Procesos básicos de Recursos Humanos.
- Manejo de expedientes y documentación laboral.
- Legislación laboral básica.
- Manejo de paquetería Office (Excel, Word, correo electrónico)
