Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Lister role based in Santiago and Santo Domingo. The Product Lister will be responsible for accurately creating and managing product listings, organizing product information, and maintaining up-to-date databases. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing market trends, ensuring products meet listing standards, and collaborating with teams to optimize product visibility. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with product-related inquiries and supporting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills and expertise in Product Listing and working as a Product Specialist.
• Ability to conduct thorough analysis with excellent Analytical Skills to ensure accurate and effective data management.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
• Customer Service abilities to provide exceptional support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales aptitude and understanding of e-commerce platforms or relevant product sales strategies.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to perform well in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for product listing and database management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role or with e-commerce platforms will be advantageous.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
