Software and Services Sales Representative

We are looking for a Software and Services Sales Representative with a hybrid Hunter/Farmer profile, results-oriented, and with proven experience in the local market of the Dominican Republic. The role will be responsible for both generating new business (Hunter) and managing, growing, and retaining existing accounts (Farmer), selling software solutions, professional services, and technology consulting.
Responsibilities
Hunter Functions (New Business Development):
• Actively prospect new commercial and government accounts.
• Identify and qualify opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
• Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop business proposals and executive presentations.
• Negotiate business terms and close contracts.
Farmer Functions (Account Management and Expansion):
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software and services.
• Ensure contract and subscription renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main post-sales point of contact.
• Manage account plans and annual growth.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities:
• Keep the pipeline and forecast updated in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for solution alignment.
