We're Hiring: Zendesk Optimization & Operations Support Specialist
MidMetrics is a
U.S.-based company
with an operations office in
Santiago, Dominican Republic
, serving clients in the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. We're looking for someone experienced in Zendesk who enjoys optimizing systems, improving workflows, and continuously learning.
What you'll do:
• Optimize Zendesk workflows, automations, triggers, and reporting
• Enhance the ticketing system and user experience
• Manage and maintain Zendesk configuration and best practices
• Serve as a backup for several operational processes
• Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency
