Outsourcing Advantage is actively seeking a experienced, compassionate and motivated Agent for our Homecare Agency team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating home healthcare services for clients, ensuring they receive high-quality care tailored to their specific needs. You will engage with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate care plans and manage service delivery effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily attendance calls to verify caregiver schedules and patient visits.
  • Review and complete pre-billing reports to ensure accuracy of hours worked and services rendered.
  • Follow up with staff to correct discrepancies in timesheets, attendance logs, or visit documentation.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with data entry in agency systems.
  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, coordinators, and management to support caseload management.
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Assist with special projects or additional tasks as requested by Manager.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish required.
  • Prior home care or healthcare office experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn internal systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment..
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with HHA exchange software a plus
Hours

Full time, Monday – Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4 PM
