Customer Accounts Clerk

The Customer Accounts Clerk is a highly collaborative individual responsible for managing incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding orders and shipments, ensuring accurate information and timely assistance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, support smooth order processing, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities 

• Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls while providing quality service to Costa Farms customers.
• Perform data entry and research as needed to resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member as necessary.
• Assist the Credit and Claims Department with general inquiries regarding credit requests.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Participate in additional initiatives and key deliverables as needed.
• Other tasks as required by the Accounting Management team.

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Advanced verbal and written English proficiency
• Ability to accurately document and record customer information
• Must reside in Santo Domingo
